No One Should Ever Have to Suffer Domestic Abuse Alone
It has been highlighted both nationally and here in Cumbria there is an issue of under-reporting of Violence Against Women & Girls, and Domestic Abuse offences. Many of the barriers that exist as to why there is under-reporting are already known.
This initiative seeks to provide victims and those (friends) who may be able to assist victims with the information they need to take the first steps to reporting offences, or seeking help if they are not yet ready to report offences.
